This activator has been specially designed for use with 360 Permanent Color, Highlifts or Powder Lighteners to ensure beautifully consistent colour results and can be used on or off scalp to create fashion shades, cover grey or lighten hair up to three levels. With a rich creamy texture, the formula is enriched Coconut Oil and has pleasant, cotton candy fragrance.
Mixing ratio: 1:2.
