360hair Australia offers a 14-day return policy from date of purchase. We are happy to provide a credit or exchange on any item purchased with us if it meets our terms and conditions and is returned within 14 days of purchase.

Change Of Mind

Please choose items carefully as we do not offer refunds, credits or exchanges if you simply change your mind or make an incorrect purchase.

Faulty, Damaged Or Incorrect Items

We will happily offer a full credit or exchange when a product is faulty or damaged, or you have been sent an incorrect item.

If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, or the item is faulty please:

  1. Take a photo and contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email
  2. Please keep the item until we've had a chance to chat with you


All warranties are provided by the product manufacturer who dictate warranty periods. Warranty periods may vary for each product or brand.

360hair Australia has no control over manufacturer warranty, however we will do our best to ensure your warranty claim is handled as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Our Returns Process

  1. To request a return, please email
  2. One of our helpful customer service team members will be in touch with you via email to access and assist you with arranging your return
  3. Pack up your item carefully, so it reaches us safely. Return postage is to be paid by the customer. Following your email instructions, please attach the return address label and post your item back to us. We do not cover return shipping costs.
  4. Once your item is received by our Customer Service Team and approved for refund, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. Free return shipping requests will be assessed on a case by case basis and are at the discretion of 360hair Australia.
