Currently we are only shipping products within Australia.
We offer free shipping for orders over AUD $300*. If your order is below this amount, then you will be charged a flat-rate shipping fee of $11.50+GST.

If all the items you ordered are in stock at the time of purchase, and you have placed your order before 11am (AEST), you can expect your order to be dispatched the same day.
If your order was placed after 11am (AEST), and all items are available, your order will be dispatched the next day.

- Please note that our shipping guidelines are based on the estimated time of arrival from the dispatch date, not the date your order is placed. Please be advised that our delivery time guidelines are based on business days, which only includes Monday-Friday and excludes public holidays.
- If you believe your order is outside the specified time range of delivery, and you are having your parcel delivered to a business address, please check the mail room or reception for your parcel.
- If your parcel is being delivered to a home address and you have left delivery instructions, please check around your property (such as the meter box, carport etc) for somewhere safe the delivery driver may have left your parcel.
- Please check your confirmation email to confirm your delivery address was correct.
- To ensure your items arrive as soon as possible we partner with a range of courier companies and delivery partners. If you would like to get an update on your order delivery please contact our customer service team on firstname.lastname@example.org
- If you are having your parcel delivered to a work address, please ensure you include your business name and any delivery instructions (e.g. "Leave at Reception").
- Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Box addresses, parcel lockers, locked bags or any service where the receiver is not there to sign for the delivery.
- If your parcel is being delivered with our next day delivery service, please ensure your mobile number is in the delivery comments or on your customer account, so we can contact you if necessary.
Out Of Stock Items
- If one of the items in your order is out of stock, we will notify you of this and continue to ship the available items in your order.
- The cost for the out of stock item will be refunded to you as soon as possible. This will be reflected in your confirmation email and you will also be notified once the refund has been processed.
- If you would like an update on when a product will come back into stock, please check our website or email us at email@example.com.
